Prairiefire is a 60 acre mixed use retail, entertainment, and residential complex located in Overland Park, very near Kansas City. Its centerpiece is the Museum at Prairiefire; an architectural wonder of glass and stone that is the only venue outside of New York City hosting traveling exhibits from the American Natural History Museum. It also features an interpretive wetland and learning trail, developed in conjunction with the University of Kansas.
